DiversityInc Announces Top 50 Companies With Best Diversity Practices

DiversityInc has just released its list of winners for the Top 50 Companies for Diversity.

To qualify for this prestigious recognition, companies must have more than 1,000 employees and fill out a detailed questionnaire based completely on empirical questions.

Luke Visconti, Chief Executive Officer of  DiversityInc. reports that "Census Bureau statistics show that 55 percent of Americans under 5 years old are not white. By 2016, more than 70 percent of the work force will be women or Blacks, Latinos, Asians and American Indians."

...
4. Kaiser Permanente
...
5. Ernst & Young
...
6. PricewaterhouseCoopers
...
7. Marriott International
...
8. IBM Corp.
...
9. Bank of America
...
10. Abbott

Other companies that made the list include JCPenny, Kraft Foods, Xerox, and Deloitte.
